Florida saw a record number of new cases on Friday, the same day Governor Ron DeSantis gave the green light to return to local beaches. Meanwhile, Trump said some states (like Hawaii, Wyoming, and Utah) are ready to reopen. But the states say they don’t actually meet the administration’s criteria to do so. Bloomberg
