Atlanta mayor orders police reforms

Local and federal authorities are probing the deaths of two Black men, Robert Fuller and Malcolm Harsch, who were found hanging from trees in Southern California. Officials initially determined both men had likely died by suicide, but vowed to investigate further amid growing public outrage. NBC News

Oluwatoyin Salau, a 19-year-old Black Lives Matter activist, was found dead in Tallahassee along with 75-year-old Victoria Sims. Police say both deaths are being investigated as homicides and a suspect is in custody. USA TODAY

THE FDA ENDED ITS EMERGENCY-USE AUTHORIZATION for hydroxychloroquine, a drug promoted by President Trump, saying it was "unlikely to produce an antiviral effect" in COVID-19 patients. POLITICO

North Korea blew up a liaison office it shared with South Korea, according to South Korean authorities, shortly after threatening military action in the region. The move comes a week after Kim Jong Un’s regime abandoned its operations at the facility. Bloomberg
