The Environmental Film Festival in the Nation's Capital (DCEFF), the largest environmental festival in the world and the longest handing out in the U.S., returns upon March 12 and runs until March 22. more than the course of the festival, more than 100 films will be screened at 25 every other locations re Washington, D.C., including museums, universities, embassies, libraries and theaters.
