How are you feeling after SWEAT Trainer, Kayla Itsines' abs and cardio workout on Monday? It's almost time for the next workout, with the next Monday Night Meetup kicking off this Monday, May 25.

You've Got This!

This time, you'll need one piece of heavy equipment for added resistance in the at-home workout. Don't worry if you don't have weights or dumbbells — you can get creative with a heavy book, or an empty milk carton filled with water or sand, or whatever you have on hand.

Make sure you stick around after the workout, because Kayla will be answering some of the community's most commonly asked questions about working out at home.
