| Hi نور, The camera uploads feature on your Dropbox mobile app automatically backs up photos and videos from your phone or tablet. We're writing to let you know that we've changed the way this feature works in your Basic account. To continue using camera uploads, you'll need to take the following steps: - Update the Dropbox Android app through the Play Store. Once you do, you'll be able to use all the latest features for Dropbox on Android, like the ability to make files available offline.
- Connect a computer to your Dropbox. This will help you manage the photos and videos that your phone automatically uploads. The desktop app also allows you to save files, photos, and videos directly into Dropbox while you're working on your computer, so you can access them later from your phone.
- Turn on camera uploads from the settings page in your new Android app.
Why did we change camera uploads? When you automatically upload all your photos to Dropbox, your Basic account can run out of space really quickly. By connecting a computer to your account, you can easily transfer your photos and organize them on a computer, so you don't run out of space in your Dropbox.
